BAnQ’s Online Services Resuming

Latest update: June 11

Good news! Our teams have worked relentlessly to restore most of the online services that had been disabled last week.

You can now log in to My record, join BAnQ, place materials on hold and renew loans online.

We are expecting to have the services meant for the general public almost completely restored next week.

Please note that the services related to Legal deposit and the SQTD (Québec Library Record Processing Service) will remain disabled until the week of July 10.

Furthermore, due to the upgrade of our security settings, some online resources will not be accessible. We regret the inconvenience this downtime may cause.

User data computer security is a priority for BAnQ.
